·               Utilized propagation tools to design new cell site locations for the network. 

·               Performed site surveys for optimal site location identification with the Real Estate and Construction departments. Served as RF Technical expert at zoning hearings.

·               Optimization Engineer contracted to Nextel in New York.  Contracted to provide technical expertise in identifying and recommending solutions to blocking issues in the system on Long Island.  Coordinated a team of engineers that assisted with reviewing and testing frequency changes, antenna downtilts, sectorizations, system parameter changes, and adding new sites by using the Planet’s propagation modeling tool and drive test information while working in a team atmosphere with other Watco employees.
